Xiaomi on Friday launched a new variant of the Mi Notebook Air laptop. This is LTE Cat. 4 comes with 4G connectivity support. This laptop running Windows 10 Home has been launched in partnership with China Mobile in the local market. The 12.5-inch model of the new Mi Notebook Air 4G is priced at 4,699 Chinese Yuan (approximately Rs 46,500), while the 13.3-inch model will be available for 6,999 Chinese Yuan (about Rs 69,500).

Remember that the old variant of Mi Notebook Air launch in july it was done. The 13.3 Mi Notebook Air is priced at 4,999 Chinese Yuan (approximately Rs 49,500) while the 12.5-inch display Mi Notebook Air is priced at 3,499 Chinese Yuan (approximately Rs 34,000).

The 12.5-inch Mi Notebook Air 4G features a full-HD resolution and is powered by an Intel Core m3 processor paired with 4GB of LPDDR3 RAM. The SSD is 128GB, which is expandable via another SSD slot. Other features include Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v4.1, AKG dual speakers and Dolby Digital surround sound support. Its thickness is 12.9 mm and it weighs 1.07 kg. The company has claimed battery life of up to 11.5 hours. It comes with one HDMI port, two USB 3.0 ports, USB Type-C port and 3.5mm headphone jack.

The 6th generation Intel Core i7 processor has been used in the 13.3-inch Mi Notebook Air 4G. The company has said that the performance will be 10 percent better than the old variant. There is no change in other specifications. It will be equipped with Nvidia GeForce GTX 960MX graphics card, 8 GB DDR4 RAM and 256 GB internal storage.

Like the 12.5-inch model, the 13.3-inch model has a second SSD slot. Battery life of up to 9.5 hours has been claimed regarding the battery of the 4G variant.
