Mitron indigenous short-form video sharing app has launched Atmanirbhar Apps on Google Play, positioned as a platform where you will get suggestions for all types of Made-in-India apps. Self-reliant Apps seems to carry forward the ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat’ initiative of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, which provides a platform for indigenous apps to the users. This app provides suggestions based on categories like Business, E-learning, News, Health, Shopping, Games, Utility, Entertainment, Social. However, at present the ‘Atmanirbhar Apps’ is available for download on Android devices.

Apart from this, there is also an option to take a pledge to support the self-reliant India initiative started by Narendra Modi in this app. Let me tell you, what kind of registration is not required on this app, just by downloading you can get suggestions of Indian apps directly. These include apps like Aarogya Setu, BHIM, Narendra Modi app, JioTV, DigiLocker, Kaagaz Scanner and IRCTC Rail Connect.

Next to the suggested apps on the app, you’ll see a Get App button, which will take you directly to the Google Play listing of the app from where you can download it. As we mentioned, this app is currently available only for Android users, and there is no information about its availability on iOS.
