Apart from Xiaomi and LeEco, let’s talk about Lenovo, so today we vibe k4 note are going to review. After the success of K3 Note, this Lenovo phone is also wooing the customers a lot. Initially Lenovo sold this smartphone in flash sale but now this smartphone Can be bought without flash sale Is. Does the Lenovo Vibe K4 Note have all the features to make it one of the top budget smartphones of 2016? What does our review say, know
look and design
While the Redmi Note 3 and LE 1S are metal body smartphones, the Lenovo Vibe K4 Note is made of plastic body. Plastic has been used to make everything from the back panel to the edge of the device, but it is lighter than the metal-bodied Redmi Note 3 and LE 1S. Despite having a plastic body, it looks fine.
The camera, fingerprint sensor and flash and Lenovo and Dolby Atmos logos are given on the back panel. Our matte finish black color review unit was nice to see. Apart from this, it is also available in White color variant. The back panel can be easily removed to replace the SIM card and microSD card. The good thing is that the phone has a separate microSD card slot to expand the storage along with two SIM slots.
The Lenovo Vibe K4 Note houses the power and volume buttons on the right side, while the USB port is on the bottom and the 3.5mm audio jack is on the top. The front part of the phone is almost identical to the Lenovo Vibe K3 Note. On the front side of the phone, dual speaker layout, capacitive key equipped with Extended Gorilla Glass, front camera, sensor and LED indicator have been given.
The phone comes with a plastic protective case, screen protector film and a 10W charger. This charger charges very fast the 3300 mAh battery given in the phone. Although the protective case makes the phone a bit heavy, it is a good way to protect against scratches and damage to the edges.
Lenovo Vibe K4 Note sports a 5.5-inch full-HD IPS LCD panel. The phone sometimes gets a little hot too. The screen of the smartphone is bright, sharp and full of detail. Its screen is good according to the price of the phone.
Specifications and software
The 64-bit octa-core MediaTek MT6753 chipset has been used in Lenovo Vibe K4 handset. It is very similar to Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 615 processor but within three months it has started to look a bit outdated. The LE 1S is powered by the more powerful MediaTek Helio X10 processor while the Redmi Note 3 is powered by the more powerful Snapdragon 650 processor. But if you want better performance then both these are better smartphones than Vibe K4 Note.
3 GB of RAM works to make multitasking easy in the phone. The phone’s inbuilt storage is 16 GB, which can be expanded up to 128 GB with the help of microSD card. Wi-Fi b / g / n / ac and 4G connectivity is provided on both the SIMs in the phone. However, at a time, only one SIM can use 4G and the other SIM can use 3G. The Lenovo Vibe K4 Note only packs 16GB of storage, compared to the 32GB on the LE 1S and Redmi Note 3. But in the LE 1S where the storage is not expandable, then in the Redmi Note 3 it can only be increased to 32 GB.
Lenovo Vibe K4 Note comes with ANT VR headset which can be purchased at an additional cost of Rs 1,299. The phone instantly generates content for any VR use. For VR use, you can use the slotted headset by switching the phone to VR mode via the power menu. Lenovo Vibe K4 Note is extremely affordable among all the devices that come with the VR feature, which makes it the most unique and special too.
Lenovo Vibe K4 Note will run on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system, on which the company Vibe UI skin has been used. The most important change in the phone is its dual layered mode. You can also choose single layered mode as per your convenience.
There is a 5.5-inch full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) IPS display and Gorilla Glass 3 protection is also present on it. The pixel density of the screen is 401 ppi and the user will also get control to balance the color.
The biggest improvement in the phone has been in the customized option of its user interface. From the phone’s home screen and interface to the quick setting menu, you can now easily customize it and set up your phone however you want. The notification log feature in the Vibe X3 is also included in the Vibe K4 Note, so that you can see the notifications you have deleted later. Many other apps like Amazon, WeChat come pre-installed in the phone but if you want to clear your phone by uninstalling them then you are free for that.
Double-tap to activate the screen, flip the phone cover to lock, and double-tap the volume button to take a quick picture. The fingerprint sensor can be recognized by storing up to two fingerprints which can be used to unlock the phone. The fingerprint sensor works quickly and smoothly and unlocks the phone without any hassle.
Lenovo Vibe K4 Note sports a 13-megapixel rear camera with dual-tone LED flash and a 5-megapixel front camera. Both cameras can record video at 1080p. The camera has all the basic features like panorama, filters, self-timer, HDR and multi-shot.

The camera app is simple. During video recording, the process has to be followed in two steps and only panorama mode or filter can be selected in the mode menu. You can control the setting manually by going to the Settings menu. Things like photo resolution and ratio, video resolution and other things like touch shutter, smile detection and self-timer are given in the setting. Photos taken with the phone’s primary camera show sharp and detail in focus but blur in the bright part of the picture Looks. We did not have any problem in capturing pictures even in close-ups, indoor shots and low light and the quality of the pictures was quite good. (Tap to see full picture) However, blurring is a big problem when the picture has bright colors. But the pictures of Vibe K4 Note are not too bad but the quality of the pictures coming from this smartphone can be said to be good as compared to the phone coming in this price. But if camera quality is big and important to you, then Asus Zenfone Max is a much better option for you.
Mali T720MP3 GPU is used in Lenovo Vibe K4 handset with 64-bit octa-core MediaTek MT6753 chipset. The phone has 3 GB RAM. With this software, the handset runs smoothly without any problem and you will hardly see any problem in the performance of the phone. There is no problem even while playing games in the phone, although while playing Dead Trigger 2, the phone does get a little hot and during this time the battery also drains quickly.
Lenovo Vibe K4 Note delivers great performance and beats rivals like LE 1S and Xiaomi Redmi Note 3. During the video loop test, the 3300 mAh battery given in the phone lasted for 8 hours 54 minutes. On the other hand, the battery lasted much more than expected after using the phone for normal use throughout the day. The screen of the phone consumes more battery, so the less screen you use, the more your battery will last.
With the help of dual stereo speakers on the front, the phone gets great sound. The audio of the phone is loud, clear and sharp, along with the sound remains good even with headphones. Vibe K4 Note has Dolby Atmos support.
The results for the Lenovo Vibe K4 Note were mixed for us. It did a great job in some places (like screen, fingerprint sensor, sonic capability and great software.) VR can be used better in the phone too. Apart from this, it is worth noting that with dual SIM, you can increase the expandable storage up to 128 GB with a microSD card. 3 GB RAM is also a big hand in running the phone without any problem.
But Lenovo Vibe K4 Note also has some drawbacks, when it comes to construction material, internal storage, performance and camera quality, Lenovo Vibe K4 lags behind its rivals a bit.
But Lenovo Vibe K4 Note, which was launched in early 2016, is a great smartphone which has now given a tough competition to Xiaomi and LeEco. The competition is very tough and we have to say that Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 is a better phone than Lenovo Vibe K4 Note in every way. However, if VR and software, brand value is what matters to you, then you can definitely buy Lenovo Vibe K4 without hesitation.
