Xiaomi’s latest Redmi Go smartphone comes in Blue and Black colours. The Blue variant comes with a glossy finish, while the Black variant comes with a matte texture. Due to the matte finish in the black variant, fingerprints and blemishes do not fall easily. Dust and stains fall easily on shiny plastic and glass panels.

There is a 3.5mm audio jack and microphone hole at the top of the phone. At the same time, the Micro-USB port, speaker and second microphone hole have got place at the bottom of the phone. The power and volume buttons are on the right side of the phone. There are two trays on the left side of the Redmi Go – the upper tray can accommodate a single nano SIM, while the bottom tray can accommodate a second SIM and a microSD card up to 128 GB.

Xiaomi has claimed that dual pyrolytic graphite sheets have been used under the plastic case, which keeps the phone cool by reducing the heat emitted from the phone. The Redmi Go phone is powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 processor paired with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of storage.
